WHOA! Tae Bo?



I just finish the 27 minute basic workout and i was sweating like shaq. afterwards I cooled down and rode a stationary bike for 2 minutes. After that I benched 65 pounds 6sets of 15. i'm 5'6 165 pounds and i would like to know how soon i should expect results if I do the tae bo 5 days a week and weight train 3 days a week. i also consume 1600-2000 cals a day.

Isnt it a great workout? I love it! You should see results pretty fast, like in a few weeks or so. Remember to let those muscles rest a bit in between work outs. Consider 3-4 times a week especially if you just started working out. When I first started out muscles hurt the day after the work out that I didnt even know I had! I do Tae Bo to gain strength and flexibility that helps out in karate. I am a tiny lady...but a fit one..hehe.
I think you are good, best than I am. Tae bo is the best workout. I combine Tae Bo with yoga-stretch, and I feel soooooooo good. You are doing great, pal, keep going, but I suggest you should talk with a professional trainer. Good luck!!!!
