How can I tone my body during the summer? |
I'm going to a new school and I want to look really good =] I'm 5'6" 130 pounds [trying to get down to atleast 128] I know I'm skinny already...but I'd like to make my stomach flatter [make the 'pudge' go away] and amybe make the top parts of my thighs smaller too. Here's what I do everyday: -40 minutes of aerobics -40 minutes on the stationary bike -150 side crunches -15 leg lifts What else should I do? Thanks =0) I can't go to a gym or go jogging or swimming =\ Hey man, stop killing yourself lol You workout that long everyday, you'll get burnt out quick! I lost like 15 lbs in a week..and lost like 3 inches on my waist and added 2 to my chest!! It's a dvd workout program...you can do at home. It's been awesome so far! I got it here. My wife got this for me...I wasn't going to do this stupid thing, but I'm glad I did...it really seems to be working for me! im sorry but what i think is that ur a little bit obssed ur gonna become anorexic stop being stupid ur fine u do more than enough!!lol Well you will burn your self out... you can run in place also if you can not go outside... I would also recommend that you watch what you eat, cut DOWN on the carbs. |
