Abss questions???? help!? |
1.is it true that after you eat you should not sit down for about 30mins to avoid having belly fats??? 2.is it okay to drink alot of water after you do abs training(situps, leg lifts etc.), coz drinking lots of water expands your stomach.., is it bad? 3. and riding a stationary bike for about 10mins a day is enough for me to remove those fats on my lower abs??? so my full abs can be visible??? 1. no that is ridiculous. a 30 min walk couldn't hurt though 2. you want to stretch your abs after every workout anyway so the don't get bulky. 3. stay on the bike about an hour if you want to get rid of lower belly fat. The best think is that you ride a bike and after do the exercises for your lower abs. 2.Well, you shouldn't drink too much of water after the training. You can drink a bit of water during the training but don't drink too much after you finish because that's bad for you. 1. After you eat you need to relax & give some time to your stomach to do its job. Of course you shouldn't sleep after you ate because if you do then your stomach will sleep and all the food is going to finish like fat. I've never heard about not sitting down for 30 minutes after the meal. Just don't jump, don't play a sport, don't do exercises & of course don't sleep. I read about that after the dinner you shouldn't sleep for 3 hours. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. |
