Lose MUSCLE not fat?

I've been trying to lose a bit of weight and it just now occured to me that i might be a little overweight because i workout almost 2 hours a day and have gained muscle? Not so much that you can see it, and i've definitely fat round the belly area, so my question is: If i jumpe rope for an hour and ride the stationary bike 30 mintues a day and NOT DO ANY SITUP, CRUNCHES ETC. will i lose weight. And will it be muscle or fat?

You can lose weight without doing any exercise at all - but by maintaining a healthy diet with suitable portion sizes.

You will NOT lose weight if you do all that exercise and don't watch what you eat.

You will lose body fat if you eat regular small healthy meals and exercise sensibly. I personally think 2 hours of exercise is too long - unless you're an athlete you probably won't be able to maintain that level. You'd be best to keep your cardio sessions to an hour or less. There is allegedly, little benefit to having a cardio session longer than 45 mins.
GAIN ALL THE MUSCLE YOU CAN!

muscle looks better fat anyway.

5 pounds of muscle will make you look 10 pounds lighter

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing, except water, in between. Take plenty of uncooked food, say 50%, vegetables and fruits. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body system to signal hunger and fullness.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve much more than what u r planning to do and that too in a reasonable period.
