How many pounds can somebody lose by doing excercise 1 hour a day during the 7 days of a week? |
For example if you do excersise in an stationary bike 1 hour a day, during the 7 days of the week. If you keep your caloric intake the same, and start exercising an hour a day, you could expect to see a 2-3 pound weight loss each week.
