Weight Watchers?? How fast....?



Okay, I have 25 lbs to lose - I just started WW online today. I ride a stationary bike for 30 min/day and walk on the treadmill for 40 min/day. I also drink 98oz of water/day... Just curious how fast is average to lose weight if you follow the plan???

2 lbs a week should be your goal, anything more and you are eating into muscle, this is not healthy. If you are a woman, dont forget to account for your period. The extra water can be misleading when strictly looking at weight. Ideally you should be monitoring your Bodyfat levels as well, this will give you a better indication of where you are.
