How many calories should I eat a day?



I want to lose a couple of pounds...
I do 40 minutes of aerobics a day and 40 minutes on a stationary bike daily.
I also do 150 side crunches and 15 leg lifts.

So what's the max I should eat to be able to see results within a week or so?

never go below 1200. The max will depend on your weight/height and your goal weight. Go to www.sparkpeople.com and this will take this info and tell you the calorie range for you.
i think but im not positive that is 2,000-2,200 a day but im not so sure...
thats too hard to keep track of...so dont eat too many unhealthy foods.
You can eat as many calories as you want as long as your food is healthy, not too many fats, sugars, or carbs.

Just keep exercising, and eat around 2,000.
