I've only gained by going to the gym? |
How? I don't lift weights. I just go on a high incline speed walk on the treadmill and do the stationary bike and some Pilates. How is it possible that I've gained?? And what do I to lose? You probably gained muscle weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. Unless you have been eating more of the wrong foods you probably are slimmer and less flabby. u gained muscle mass..... i kno ppl whove gained weight but went down several dress sizes you have gained muscle- muscle weighs more than fat- dont worry its a good thing- it will help you train harder muscle weighs more than fat. burn more calories than you take in will guarantee weight loss. Have you begun eating more because you've been exercising? Many people will do that, sometimes unaware that they are, under the thinking of "now that I'm exercising I can indulge a little more." Check to see that you aren't doing so. Put away the ho ho's and ding dongs while on the treadmill. You are building muscle weight. You will eventually loose more fat and start to look slimmer with time. You should not worry about loosing the weight unless you have a really good reason for doing so. I am trying to loose weight as well but have managed to increase it by working out a little bit, but my inches are going away.....and I feel so much better and healthier. I prefer to loose the weight though cuz I need to weight in in a few days with some military folks. I know what you are going through. |
