Critique my workout routine?



wednesdays,weekends off!

push ups 100
pull ups 50
ab work,crunches/leg lifts 100
jumping jacks 100
jump squats 100
burpees 100
stationary bike 35 minutes

well,what do you all think?? anything to add,anything to change? just looking to up my cardiovascular endurance some as well as gain some definition.It's modeled after a military type of training/conditioning.

That's a bare minimum. It will maintain reasonable cardiovascular health, and maybe a bit of muscle tone, but that's all.

It looks like what we used to do as a warm up for wrestling practice in high school.
