What is right for me?

I am currently about 5'8-5'9 and about 205 pounds, basically anymore I eat one solid meal at like noon or 1pm, then have a snack around 7pm-8pm normally anymore, it is a snack bar normal a Granola bar or now I been eating in the last couple days a Special K bar at that time. When I get home from work around like Midnight to 1am, I eat another Granola or special K bar then ride the stationary bike for about 25-30 mins and use weights for arms and leggings and also been using a total gym, for other stuff. After I get done doing what little execrise I have done I have a slim fast, not premade and add strawberries and such

I work at federal Express as a package handler so I figure just being at work I walk well over mile just there, and I lift boxes most of my 5-6 hours there, also for about an hour I am on my knees doing it.

I drink about 60oz to 100 oz of water a day, I am 21 years old just to add. I am looking to lose wieght pretty much

Dude, it sounds like you eat well and drink enough water. Eat proteins as well as those are the building blocks of muscle.
I use to jog all the time, and the only thing it did for me was increase my cardoivascular; then again I didn't eat well and drank more than I should have. Something that has helped me tremendously, that I have been doing for about two months now are power sprints. I'll get on a treadmill, walk 2 - 3 minutes at 3.5 mph to loosen up (stretch first bro or you risk pulling a muscle) then sprint, for 30 seconds at 10.5 to 11.0 mph, then walk 2 - 3 minutes and sprint again. As you cardio builds up, you can sprint for 45 seconds to a minute. Your body will get a much more intense workout and you'll be sweating just after 6 minutes. I do this for about 20 to 30 minutes, then I will jog a lap, and then walk a lap and continue this for about 5 to 10 minutes. The sprinting works your muscles in a different way. I have lost a few some weight without changing my diet. Good luck to you.
You have to eat MORE to actually lose weight. My suggestion would be the Fat Smash Diet by Dr. Ian. You eat something within the first hour you wake up, like an orange or a banana. Three hours later you could have a snack, a granola bar or Luna Bar as a suggestion. The main point of this diet is to eat MORE, but eat with better proportions. The goal is to eat four or five SMALL meals a day. This way you won't be hungry and looking for snacks, and snacks are the worst things to do on a diet. Just watch your proportions if you choose to try this diet! Good luck =]
