My thighs are 24inches?



i want them to be 22 inches they are the only thing on my body that doesnt look right now i know theres no spot resure so i do other things to workout everything but if i get on a stationary bike for about 5-10 miles per day and do some launges will i lose 2 inches off my thighs in about 2weeks

You can't specifically lose weight off a certain part of your body... and doing exercises that target your thighs may actually add bulk. You would have to lose weight all over.
You can't spot reduce fat sorry. But what you might be able to do is streamline your leg muscles through yoga and pilates techniques. Squats and cycling will actually bulk up the thighs as opposed to slim them down....this may be where you are going wrong. So try a yoga or pilate class or dvd. Good luck : )
