How long will it take me to see results?



I've started exercising on my stationary bike 2 hours daily , doing 120 leg lifts and 120 sit ups a day. I'm a 30 year old and am 246 pounds.

Well--its different for everyone. But if you build muslc e and burn fat then you will still weigh some--muscle weight more that fat. Dont stress on it. Keep going for about 2 weeks--a month, then weigh yourself and you will se that you lost alot. Dont weigh yourself every week though, that will only make you lose your confidence. Dont worry.

And after you lose alot--it will be hard to lose alot again, so dont panic if you only lose 5 pounds next time.
It might take a while it took me almost a year to lose around 86 pounds. But add a low- carb diet to it and it will go by faster. Also, the best way i have found to lose weight so far is be doing old excusing tapes like sweating to the oldies volume 3 and walking two miles everyday it really works.
It might be a long time, as you will probably develop muscle mass first. And muscle mass weights more per volume than fat. But, that's good 'cause in the long haul you want more muscle than fat.
Some people start to see weight loss within a week and for others it can take a few weeks. You'll find out. Don't let it discourage you if it doesn't happen as quickly as you'd like. As long as you eat healthy and stick to exercising you will definitely see positive results :)
for u it will probably take 2 weeks to see results on the sclae but as far as seeing your abbs in the next 1.5-2 years u really need to work hard

but u should notice weight lose soon
