Exercise?!?



I do exercise at night around 8-10...iv heard its better to exercise in the morning? My exercise is a stationary bike for about 30-40 minutes every other day

all you need is 20 minutes a day...much better in the morning you burn more calories in the morning because you ate all day and you are tired at work...get you day started by riding in the morning
The reason it's better is because exercise at night can cause you trouble trying to fall asleep, since it gets your adrenaline going.
I have also read the same thing -- "jump starting" the metabolism early in the day has positive effects for the entire day, whereas if you exercise in the evening the effects are more short-lived (unless you stay awake all night!).

However, if your schedule limits you to exercising in the evening then by all means do it!
