Need to firm up!!!?



What is the best way to utilize a stationary bike and an eliptical machine to get my lower half in shape.

Put the elliptical on the lowest incline, with a resistance level of about 3 or 4. That will target your calves, thighs, and butt.
you can't spot reduce. excercise and eat healthy.
unfortunately for you, use them a whole lot
don't put the weight so heavy because that will bulk you up instead of help you tone up. don't only use the bikes, get some aerobic videos.
