i am 5'5 and 141 pounds i am hoping to lose 30-35 pounds in the next 6 months...i am eating very healthy and i ride a stationary bike 35-40 milesa day 7 times a week and i try to weight train at least 30 min. a day...i have also increased my water intake to about a gallon a day does any one have any suggestions that can help me reach my goal...thanks for any tips

Sounds like your doing all the right stuff, the slower the weight comes off the longer you will keep it off, just keep doing what your doing be patient.. Watch your calories!! My trainer always tells me the key is calories and cardio....You can check your BMI and that will give you the calories you need in a day. Check the link below if your interested... You are eating healthy and exercising...but if you eat a lot of healthy food, you are still not going to lose any weight. Try to watch out for HOW MUCH you eat....I think that is the most important thing when you are on a diet. I lost 30lbs just by reducing the amount of food I eat. I never exercised.
Calorie tracking helps, Its free at fitday.com

Eat your biggest meal in the morning, that way you have all day to burn it off. Don't eat 4hr before sleep (Thats a hard one) Get good rest. Eat every 2-3 hrs. Small portions. Increase your resistance on the bike every week to challenge yourself. Have some (close friend) hold you accountable all they way to the end, the last 15 lbs will be the hard and its easy to say, well i made it this far.
Great job! My only advice you don't already have is try to eat before 5 and nothing after. And one other thing, you may not have to lose THAT much weight, weighing 106 at 5'5 is slightly underweight. Try only 30 first, you would be suprised how someone looks after 30 pounds of weight loss
