Exercise and Keyboard Time/Anyone Pedaling As We Speak? |
Yesterday, Sylvia D reminded us to get up off our keesters once in awhile [she didn't word it like that] . Last night my ancient, and once thought trusty, lawn/desk chair bit the dust. I have moved my ancient and despised stationary bike into it's place, propped the comp. screen up on a platform so I can see it and now will have to ride as I type. Anyone else?. Is the next step to hook a generator to the bike so that you have to pedal to use the computer? Seriously though, that IS a good idea. Blessings Interesting solutions to the boredom of cycle excercise. I do resistance weight training instead of all the cardio. I probably should do cardio also, but I am relatively active as it is. I do love my working out, I will have to admit that. Good luck, and stick with it. lmao!!! I only suggested we should all move more, not train for a bl**dy marathon! Well done though! Be careful you don't get a sore b*m. You're a treasure! Sylvia x You are an inspiration to us all!!! There is just one little thing I wonder about?.....What are you going to use to sleep on, once your bed breaks down? Can you not get a relative to "donate" a decent sitting chair to his poor wee senior??? I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and after June 28, my retirement date, I plan on going every day until I can do the splits! ha ha ha ....good for you....yes, we gotta do it! I go every day to the wellness center in my town....its really nice, lots of people my own age...most ppl there are in rehab. from varies operations. I also swim twice a week, and we all have a good time and gossip allot. I wonder sometimes if the guy or gal in the hot-tub is on yahoo answer???? |
