Is this a good workout routine for losing leg fat?



15 mins. stationary bike
10 mins. elliptical
15 mins. treadmill
Can anyone improve upon this? Main goal is to lose inches from inner thighs.

Let us get one clear fact: NOBODY CAN SPOT LOSE FAT IN ONE REGION OF THE BODY ONLY. Fat loss is a general body process and , unfortunately for some, one area can lag behind another area.

Depending upon the amount of extra fat you need to lose the above duration may or may not be sufficient. As a rough guide ,the body starts burning fat only after 20 mins of cardio. During the first 20 mins the body is only breaking down the body's storage of glycogen (a polysaccharide).

Regarding the frequency ,depending upon your body fat % you may have to do it 6/7.

Re. The intensity you must break into sprint of say one minute every now and then Otherwise the muscle system and body systems go quickly into an adaptation .... with no expected results.

Thats actually very good. I would recommend that you avoid high resistance or heavy weight. THink quick and light. TOo heavy of a resistance can cause you to build up too much muscle and the next thing you'll be asking is how can you slim down your muscle toned legs.

I would recommend that you do that excercises 3 times a week
and the other 3 days in between that you do my lower body workout (without the cardio) Its great and works wonders

i think thats a greatr workout for your legs! youl lose those inches in no time!...ok you should notice a difference in a week!

Fat loss cannot be pinpointed, it just depends on your body. Cardio will help and so will eating better.
Try interval training on the machines for fat loss and weights,this will do wonders for the legs!!
