Is this enough of a workout?



elliptical 20 mins. stairmaster 20 mins. stationary bike 20 mins. treadmill 10 mins. before work.

after work 30 mins elliptical, weight workout.

Three days a week. Three days a week just one workout, one day off.

Depends on what you are after. If you want to build up muscle, then you are doing too much cardio with the elliptical trainer and running, which will cause your body to use muscle tissue breakdown for energy to get through the endurance training.

If you want to build up endurance and lose weight, then your weightifting will interfere, as this will add muscle and thus weight, as well as giving you extra load to carry around for the cardio, reducing endurance.

Basically, the cardio is at odds with muscle building, so you will not maximize either, as each will interfere somewhat with the other.

Of course, if all you want is to be in shape, then you are doing a great routine for that. Sounds similar to mine, and I don't really care much about building bulk or losing weight.
it sounds good, but make sure ur working all ur body parts, and try taking vitamins as well. And keep eating healthy! good luck ;)
