How many calories do I need per day ?



I have no idea how much I need!
I am 5'4", 95 pounds, and 17 years old.
I generally walk 1 hr 1/2 a day, do 30 mins on the elliptical, 15 mins on the stationary bike, and an hour of yoga.
I worry I am eating too much, and don't know what I need to maintain my current weight. Does anyone know?

Please don't tell me I need to change my weight. I just want to know how much I need. Thanks! :)

with your body weight and amount of exercise, you should consume about 2,000 to 2,500 calories.
It all depends how active you are, professional athletes usually consume 6,000!
Find your BMR. Google it.
With that much exersice you'd need at least 2000 for you age and fitness level. That wont make you put any weight on or lose any you should maintain you current weight =]
If u are over 16 u should have 2000 calories a day
2000 at lease to stay at the same weight you are. now
