What should I do now? Please help =\?

I read on the internet if you lower your calories too much..your metabolism slows and when you back to eating more, you'll gain weight.
Well..for the past 3 weeks, I've lowered my calories to about 1200 because I wanted to lose a few pounds [3].
But I don't want to gain that and more when I eat more than 1200.

I do 40 minutes of aerobics [I doulbe it to lsoe the weight]
&
40 minutes on the stationary bike [again, doulbe it to lsoe the weight]

Will eating 1200 caloires, and exercising like that have cause my metabolism to slow down?

If so..what can I do to bring it back up?!

Thanks =]

no your metabolism should be fine
Well this is true to a certain extent, but with all your aerobic exercise you're raising your metabolism so don't worry about it. As long as you integrate your fitness routine into your everyday life you'll be fine. Drinking lots of water will help to raise your metabolism as well, so drink plenty.
