Would this workout be good for losing fat?

3x a week workout. 10-20 minutes of stretching.

Do some pull-ups, pushups, abs, curls, etc. Not a lot, just enough for a little burn.
Go for about 30 minutes on the stationary bike at a normal pace (15-20 MPH).

Then go on the treadmill for 30 minutes and alternate between walking (1.5-3 MPH), jogging (5-7 MPH) and running (8-12 MPH).

Then do some more pullups, pushups, curls, abs, etc.

Will that workout be enough to burn some good fat as well as keep my muscles toned?

Yes. After a few weeks, boost your calistenics to tone your muscles
dude, that sounds AMAZING, you just have to make sure that you don't get burned out on it, because that will be very time-consuming, not to mention tiring. good luck!
Nope.

Pullups are great but quit being a puss and hit the bench, deadlift, squat, and do heavy rows. 'Toning' is a myth and what you are actually looking for is muscle definition. Well, you can't tone fat so let's get those muscles in shape too. I would abandon one of those endurance aerobic sessions and go run some sprints.

Your diet is going to be equally as important as your workout, so you better eat a clean diet as well. Good luck.
