I want to lose as much weight as possible by August.I am 5'1 and 166lbs so what would I need to do mon-fri?



I have the "pregnant belly" still after 3yrs and I want to get rid of that first so do I do ab workouts for that or do I need to do a combination of weight lifting/cardio/and ab workouts.How long should I do this a day? What would be the best way to cut the fat with fast results? I already switched my diet to fruits and veggies and mostly chicken is that good? How many minutes should I do weight lifting a day? How many minutes should I ride my stationary bike for? How many minutes should I do ab workouts? How many calories should I burn a day to be 30lbs lighter by august?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I went from having twins (and gaining 75lbs) to a good 120lbs, and having a 6 pack in less than 2 mon. Not using drugs, or pills, just goot old fashion workouts. I workout M-F...30 min a day.
