Getting a flatter stomach and smaller chest?



How many of you have six packs, and muscular pecks? How did you get them? And I can't go to a gym so don't even say do that. I have weight bench, treadmill, and a stationary bike. What you should you wear when excersizing?

I would take a militaristic approach, if I were you. Do a variety of push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups. Also do some running, cycling, and swimming (if you can) to improve your cardiovascular endurance. If you can afford $15 a month, go to GNC and get a big jug of whey protein to take immediately after working out. As far as what to wear, just be comfortable. When I work out at home, I usually just wear athletic shorts with no shirt.
I know this is probably not the answer you are looking for, but a big belly can often be due to a forward tipped pelvis. Think of your pelvis as bowl and if it tips forward (toward your toes), then your guts will "spill" out forward and give you the appearance of a bigger belly than you really have. If your pelvis is level, your pelvis will better hold your guts and give you a slimmer appearance. This is true for both "overweight" and "underweight" people.
