Diet help! how many calories a day?! + any other tips?



im going on a diet... well not really diet but like eat healthy you know? im drinking water insted of soda and eating more healthy things... i been on my stationary bike for 15 minutes a night and just started doing crunches and stuff...
i dont know how many calories is good for me though
is there any way i can find out without joining a site or something?
also do you have any other tips i can do for losing weight
i want to loose about 30 pounds and be in shape for school in september... if i keep up what im doing how much do you think id lose?
im 16, almost 5'3 and 150 ... i have toned calves but i gotta a big behind and front though idk if that helps so yeah i really want to loose weight in the lower stomach area and a little the thighs

wow, it can be done. you just reminded me of myself about 3 months ago i used to be 5"3 and 150lbs too, now i'm 5"3 and 126lbs..still loosing weight! [until i hit 107lbs i will be happy :o)]
i feel great! you don't even know, and it wasn't that hard changing my lifestyle. it was by far the best thing i ever did.
i'm vegan and LOVE working out!!
my best tip is take it one step at a time and what you NEED to go on this weight loss journey is lots and lots of motivation, so find yours and stick with it, don't give up!!!!!!!
