Eat Healthy, Drink plenty of water... If you have a parisi speed school near you go to it. Trust me it helps. They do all the training for my HS football team. It is possible though. Type Parisi speed school on google. I'm on cross country and track, it seems like your doing OK on your exercises but i disagree with your idea of no water, you should be drinking plenty of it. Being dehydrated is one of the worste things you can do. You should be strength training much more. Either work out at a friend's house who has weights or go to the high school weight room. You need strength to play football. You always have time to get more endurance and get faster. You will get faster at football practices and running sprints well try to run 2-3 miles 3-5 times a week to increase your stamina and and for fast starts and sprints to repeats run your football field back and forth like 10 times and it will make you a lot more speedy. Also try plyometrics to gain the muscle in your leg after workouts. |
