How can I get motivated and stay motivated to get in shape?



I am 25 weeks pregnant and have a horribly sore SI joint, but the doc says I've gained too much weight, and I feel heavy and gross. I have gained 30 pounds so far, and I want to feel healthy and pretty again, and I can't afford a gym...I have a stationary bike...please help me figure out how to control my diet and exercise all the time.

the good thing about this right now is summer is coming and you will have swimming pools available (best exercize) find one and go frequently it will help tone and loose weight with out all the strain on your bones
dont diet while ur pregnant, wait till after wards, if you diet while ur pregnant you could put ur babie's health at risk......after u have it, you can start by breastfeeding, and cut sugar and ANY kind of soda out completly.......good luck, im in the same boat as u but im only 18 weeks, tomorrow i find out what im having..
get yourself an ipod if you dont already have one. put your fave tracks on it and make sure you enjoy what your listening to. if its got a great beat, i find it always gets me in the mood to move. stick to fruit and veggies and plenty of protein. and you may even want to see a nutritionist to help you choose the right food, thats good for you and your baby, and if your not feeling as pretty as you usually would. try going for a facial, or massage, or get your hair done. they always make me feel great. but dont worry soon enough you will have that gorgeous pregnant glow, that only women can have. just enjoy being pregnant, and if you feel good on the inside it will show on the outside.
watch the end of dodgeball (at the end of the credits) and just say you dont want to end up like that guy.
