I have been trying to lose weight for a while now. Im going to the gym 6-7days a week, jogging on the tred mill, using a stationary bike, and weight training but cant seem to lose weight. And I have also been eating healthy. I have an nodule (lump) on my thyroid, but i thought all this hard work would help to atleast shed a pound but nothing! Im 20 years old and 175lbs, 5'4''- and my doctors tells me I should be 130lbs. Does anyone have any advice??
it depends on how you define "eating healthy" and if you have hypothyroid You should consult your doctor...again
