Hey! i need some exercises to use?



Hey guys!

I need some help
with some exercises..

I need some really good
stomach and leg exercises

I just wanted to lose 15-20 pounds
becuase i am the maid of honor
at my sisters wedding! and I would like
be lil more fit....the dress fitting is in
august so i need some results by then

I really cant go walking or running where i live..
and i cant go to the gym so i need your guy's help!
I also have a stationary bike...
how long should i do that every day?

this site is really great, i lost 20 lbs by doing it 3 times a week.

There are two types of exercise 鈥?aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Anaerobic exercise is a type of work-out which occurs without using up the molecular oxygen. The goal of this exercise is to develop muscle mass and power. Weightlifting and sprinting are examples of this type of exercise.

If it is puppy fat do like 100 sit ups and push ups a day. With your bike ride it when you watch TV or in your spare time try half and hour a day. Combine this with a healthy diet not too much fat and oils you will become slim in a matter of a month. Don't use slimming drinks they increase body mass.This a daily plan so get to work.
