Is EXERCISES GOOD OR BAD?



if i exercised on a stationary bike for 3 hours will that be good or bad or if i did it for any hour is that helpful to increase metabolism and not hurt joints like running

for 3 hours it is bad. 45 mins of intense biking is good. If you can pick a time, do it right in the morning after you get up.
an hour worth of excersiing is good enough
this answer is different for diff. people does it hurt when you are finished if not then keep it where you have it

Everything needs to be done in moderation even exercise and yes there can be to much and you can hurt yourself!!
3 hours want be bad in most sense of things but it isn't as good as just one hour. I've done over 4 hours long fast bike rides.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
