Is this too much food for a day/? |
1 mango 2 strawberries 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 150calories 12 baby carrots 1 big tomato 1 potato 1 banana and 2 cups of tea (0 calories each) lotsss of water. it's only 3:30pm. im going to go to the gym and jog 2 miles 40mins on elliptical machine and 10mins on stationary bike. then for "dinner" one whole wheat bagel, 120calories 1 TBSP of peanut butter, 95calories 1 TBSP of sugarfree jelly, 10calories an apple for dessert and more water.. is this good? Eat until you are full. But eat healthy things and don't overeat. If you keep working out you'll lose weight! I think it's alrite, i usually stick to 1000 calories if i want to lose weight I say its not enough. Your body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism will slow down No, it is not too much food. I would think that is it not enough food! sounds good to me! It's not alot of food but, it has no balance. Carbs/Protein/Fats. Balance out your meals and eat 5 to 6 small meals a day and you'll reach your goal. 10 minutes of stationary bike won't do anything; at least 20 minutes will start to have an effect on your health. Good job with the water though, it's very important. You can also have more strawberries because they have a lot of water inside them, and vitamins. |
