How to lose five pounds? |
ok So I do the stationary bike every day for 45 minutes which is 8 miles, and I eat moderately how long will it take to lose five pounds and what should I do to get a flatter stomach. I weigh 125 5'6 I want to be 120 but for some reason it's hard to lose that five pounds You are working out fine, either the problem is in your Diet or your body has gotten used to your work out (getting in a rut). Try modifying your work out or work out intensity. I am sure you will see good results. As it is i see that you are very much the ideal weight for your height. are you sure you still want to lose more? You can see your ideal weight yourself here http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.ht... Still if you want to lose more weight rather than maintaining this very good weight, i would suggest you modify your schedule, maybe alternate Cycling with Jogging or Swimming. Also remember to have 6 small meals a day rather than the normal 3 heavy meals a day as it increases your BMR and helps you in Weight control. I am not kidding you, but if you go to weight watchers you can lose that weight really fast. Or try drinking a gallon of water a day... water makes you lose. It sounds like you are thin enough tho. My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website http://www.health-thin.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck! Do brisk walking, they are great for burning tummy fats. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year. I have a flat tummy. Details such as meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog Xiaozhen |
