I kno i just asked this but please answer?



i asked a similar question an hour ago but im asking again because i think i need to emphasize a few points
i'm 14 i live in texas, VERY HOT IN THE SUMMER the tax is 8.25% and i have $89 and i might be able to save more come summer i want to exercise but i refuse to go outside unless im going swimming i will actually need eqiupment because i feel awkward exercising without anything it wierds me out for some reason and that discourages my exercising i do plan on losing weight so ill need something effective i was thinking exercise bike or something to do with my legs because that's my target area i will be exercising in my room so something bulky will only anger me
if it's possible send me website exercise plans or ideas or maybe you can tell me how to rig my bike so i can use it like a stationary exercise bike thatd be great
i am willing to try other exercise like those gigantic balls, but i honestly don't know what they do or how to use it but id love to throw it at my brothers lol

The only way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn.

To lose weight, experts agree you need to exercise for at least 30 minutes at 60%-70% of your Max Heart Rate (MHR). A simple way to calculate MHR is 220 minus your age. Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. On the other hand, if you don't wake up ravenous, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed. Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Don't consume alcohol鈥攁lcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation鈥擨鈥檓 not debating that鈥攂ut we鈥檙e talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the belly.

Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn鈥檛 almost clear, you need to drink more water.

There are a lot of great articles and suggestions for exercise, as well as a messageboard community of people who can tell you what has worked for them.

If you are looking for equipment, try the classified ads of your local paper. You may be able to find an older, used eliptical machine or stair climber (if you're looking for something for your legs) for fairly cheap.
