Would joining a cyclefit class make me skinny? |
I plan on joining a cycle fit class 4 times a week. These are hour long classes on a stationary bike. exercise is only a small part of getting into shape... changing your lifestyle and eating habits are the first things. exercise fits in there. but diet is the most important part. you are what you eat |
