Can I lose 30 pounds by December by doing these EXACT things EVERYDAY?


Every morning i do these exact things:

36 mintutes of cardio from On Demand
Raisin Bran & 5 small carrots for breakfast
30 minutes of walking(afternoon)
20 mintutes of riding a stationary bike(afternoon)
50 jumping jacks(afternoon)
50 cruches(afternoon)
30 push ups(afternoon)
40 leg ups/squats(afternoon)
20 mintutes of stationary biking(night)
50 jumping jacks(night)
50 cruches(night)
30 push ups(night)
40 leg ups/squats(night)
&& i drink water everyday

Cassie, It OFFENDS me when you say this sounds like a prescription for an eating disorders. Me personally i don't believe in eating disorders. This is my first time working out & I' am trying to get fit for school & soccer, so thanks for your disrespectful(in my opinion) answer

NEVER workout a certain muscle everyday! You will just hurt yourself! Workout only only muscle a day like for example..
one to two days a week do abs
one to two days a week do legs
etc
do cardio everyday, like jogging and stuff like that as much as possible eat balanced meals, and def drink a lot of water, it hydrates you and all of your organs need it.

WOW , yess , you dont need to do all that everyday , you will eventually get weak and pass out , maybe do half of it one day and the other half the next , because you will get weak , trust me , lol

That's a lot. have fun with that. but you're body gets use to a routine after a while, you have to shake things up a bit, or you will start to plateau. but it just depends how "use to it" you are

Huh? What about food?? Your exercise routine looks good BUT please don't do it everyday... 5 days a week for 45 mins is sufficient. Don't forgot about vitamins and food as well.
