is it possible to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks Breakfast: Yogurt. Yes, i once lost 10 pounds in a week just drinking alot of water and eating chicken for dinner with vegetables green mostly, and i would eat bran cereal with sweet n low for breakfest, and for lunch a whole wheat sandwich with turkey and fruit, but i think you can do it possibly even more weight than 10 pounds, espically since your working out so you can do it! :D Hope i helped out. I personally wouldn't recommend a 1200calorie diet with all of that activity. I think it might be wise to consult both a dietitian and a trainer. |
