i probably go on th stationary bike 25-45 mins No, this is not bad for you. I would reccommend waiting for ten minutes or so though. Here's why: Well, don't exercise as soon as you finish your food, it might make you sick. I'm not positive you will lose weight fast, but you will build some energy and muscles. |
