Healthy to exercise ?


i probably go on th stationary bike 25-45 mins
after every meal.is that bad for me?i am try to
lose weight fast.

No, this is not bad for you. I would reccommend waiting for ten minutes or so though. Here's why:
You just took in say 400 calories, your body is still digesting. Your body finds it hard to digest calories and burn them at the same time. After ten minutes or so, you should be able to burn them better. =]

Well, don't exercise as soon as you finish your food, it might make you sick. I'm not positive you will lose weight fast, but you will build some energy and muscles.
