i am a 13 1/2 yr old boy trying to lose weight Genes have a big part to do with your legs, for example, big legs run in my family and no matter how mcuh i excersice on my bike or run my legs are the biggest part of my body. If big legs dont run in your family, then you can try running or continue on your bike. remember, results dont show up right away. i have an exercise video called Bun Busters! great legs. it is only 20 minutes long and it tightens your leg mucsles and tones you up.
