Could i lose 15 lbs before school?


my school starts the first week of september. im switching to a new school and want to make a good impression. im 15 and 190lbs. im also 5'3
i would be on a diet of 1200 calories a day.
im starting to do 6 miles a day on an elliptical machine
i also bike 10 miles on a stationary bike.

could i do it?

That sounds like a pretty good diet plan to me. But just be careful you don't eat too little since that could be dangerous.
And please don't listen to the user who answered saying they know how to lose weight without exercise. Those gimmicks don't work and can be very harmful to your body.
Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll probably be able to lose maybe 9+ pounds in three weeks if you average 3 pounds a week, which is a healthy weekly weight loss

Considering the fact that there's less than a month left of summer vacation I would say you need a miracle. So just try the best you can and maybe you'll lose at least 5-10 pounds. Good Luck!

I want to do the same thing but I'm worried there's not enough time. What I'm doing is having healthy snacks, plenty of protein and jogging. I'm starting to feel my muscles tone.

If you are going to try and lose weight, first consult with your dr and get their input and then be cognissant of setting reasonable goals and expectations! Eating right is a way of life!
