What cardio options are there? |
What can I do for cardio work other than treadmills, swimming and stationary bikes? I've been lifting weights for a few months and I have lost weight. But now I need something to up my heart rate. I do swim once or twice a week, but I need something more. do a brisk walk around your block 4 30-45 minutes. it'll really help u. it's helped me. You can do the other following cardio workouts... Dancing! It is fun as heck and burns a lot of calories. Also, running is fun when you find a nice outdoor trail to run on. It gives you a feeling of being one with nature and you can run a lot further and faster because you are getting excellent oxygen in your lungs instead of the guy on the tread mill next to you's nasty B.O. ha. I love running outdoors and dancing like no ones watching.
