All these questions about losing weight??


WHY?!?!??! It's obvious. I use a stationary bike for about 40 minutes when my heart rate is at 163 and the treadmill every so often. Its really not that hard. To make this a question, how do you guys burn fat?

to answer your second question, I kick-box, swim, lift, walk, jog ... I am like a lot of people - I have bad knees and can't bike without pain and dislocation, so I do the others ...

to answer the "why" question, I think some are hoping for a quick fix, and others are seeking suggestions ... they have hit a wall or have never been encouraged or educated on exercise and ask for help ... sort of a thinking out of the box deal for them ... they simply want some interactive resources from people who try and succeed rather than googling theory ...

ok well what you have to make sure you do is eat a good supper like with good carbs then the next moring before you eat you have to work out do push ups till you cant do them any more then sit ups till you cant do them any more and do them three times each like push ups, sit ups, push ups, sit up, push ups, sit ups then walk fast for like 1 minute then run 2 minutes then as fast as you can for 30 seconds and go back to walking then run then fast run and so one do that WHOLE CYCLE twice and then go eat a good breakfest... it worked for me i lost weight and inches i really tones up... and keep doing it daily you should see noticable results in a few weeks good luck

find your target heart range for your height, age and weight and when you exercise just keep it at the lowest point in the range. anything above will just give you more of a cardio workout instead of burning fat.
