Getting slim thighs fast? |
I'm 14, and I want to know how to slim down my thighs in a few weeks: They're pretty firm [[from walking up and down a hill every day to get to school]] but they rub together when I walk. They're sort of V-ish: Like, thin near the ankle but ... fat near my butt. [[Don't know how to explain it, haha.]] Personally i prefer the Sidewalk. I hate to tell you this but it doesn't happen without Keira Knightleys kind of money for a trainer. try doing lunges. with or without weights. it worked for a few people i know but not in the time line you might want |

yea i would say..DEFINITELY cut out the fast food..a good way to make all of your exercise as effective as it was in the beginning is to change up your routine a lot.instead of going for a jog ever... I think walking with weights in your hands will help you to lose some weight, but if it will result in back injuries, then I would walk only in moderation and consult with your doctor first. He mi... A few items to understand: 1. The internet site that you are pulling numbers from is a general reference. It does not know how many calories you are actually burning as there are many differen... Good aerobics, but the weights leave something to be desired. Not every body part can be done with the same amount of weight- it can hurt your joints, or it can be too easy. You may need to tailo... good luck for your wt.loss this link was a great help to me ... Last time I heard a noise like that, I had a loose chain. When it contacted the swingarm it made that noise. Clutch in/out and accel/decel would make the noise change/go away due to chain tension... only sure way is to eat a little less, and exercise a little more. It is very hard to target one particular area, although crunches may help!!! ...if you are looking to tone up the gym would be a great place to go... you need to mix it up...your body gets used to certain workouts and a variety of workouts is better for awesome results. ... |
