So, my friends are all super skinny, and I NEED to fit in with them. How can I lose about 13lbs in one month? |
Ive gotta about a month (til school starts). I burn 1612.946101090909 (in a day) if I do the bike for an hour daily. A few items to understand: no u do not ' need' to fit in with your friends. Your friends like you for your personality and not the way that you look! well they should anyway otherwise they arent good friends. How much do you weight, how tall are you and how old are you? We need to know this to help you as weight loss is based on metabloism and that changes with age. 1) Put the soft-drinks and the juices down. DRINK WATER! But if you want o maintain a healthy weight all you have to do is: This is a seriously scary question. But i shall answer anyway. The most effective way is to use the interval training method, which is run as fast as you can for 2 minutes then a soft jog for 2 minutes. Repeat this for half an hour. Running is better than spinning as your using all your body and believe me you will know the differnece in the sweat after half an hour. The fat will dissapear. But above all a sensible diet with this training or you wont be able to function. Vegetables, some fruit (not tropical), grains, fish, seeds, nuts, legumes and lean meats. |
