Your impression of this exercise plan?

Good evening everyone !
I have created a exercise plan and hope that it could be describe as a a good exercise plan for weight loss
here it is

monday, wednesday, friday : stationary bike ( 30 min at more then 14 mph ratio) in the morning and the same at night
-----
tuesday, thursday and saturday : stationary bike ( 30 min at more then 14 mph ratio) in the morning
and
weight training at night ;
2 set of 15 reps with 15 pounds weight for each of those :
squats, lunge, chest press, shoulder press, butterfly, dumbell fly, biceps curls, triceps, one arm row, frontal raise.

Let me know what you think. Should i add some exercise ? would this constitue a full body workout ?

Good aerobics, but the weights leave something to be desired. Not every body part can be done with the same amount of weight- it can hurt your joints, or it can be too easy. You may need to tailor your wight and reps to the various parts of your body- legs are much stronger than arms, for example.
You have left out abdominal and back workouts. You can work out your abs every day.
Try

for abs.
Look at

for backs.

Overall sounds good. You might all ready have considered it but just in case it would be best to break up the weight training e.g. Tuesday biceps and triceps, Wednesday shoulders, chest and back and saturday lower body. This will give the muscles time to rest. To avoid boredom you can change the cardio for the treadmill or a kickboxing video or class. Remember to keep a heathy diet with protein for all that excercise.

Yes, all seems well- but you might want to switch-up your cardio every now and then: the stationary bike might get boring and soon your body will get used to it, thus not giving you as great a workout. Try the elliptical trainer, treadmill, swimming, etc... Also, be sure to hit every muscle group when you weight train and eat a meal of 3:2 carb to protein ratio for muscle repair, growth, and energy storage for the next day.

it sounds like a good plan. whatever keeps you active and healthy!
