My weight seems normal for my height, but i definately have a belly. how can i get rid of it


i am 16, 5 foot 8 and 145 pounds.
everyone tells me that my weight is normal for my height.
but my stomach is not. i am not skinny at all, and by "belly" i mean noticeable rolls of fat, not just a fist-full of skin - *ahem* some of my friends who think they have a belly. how on earth do i get rid of it without weights or those stationary-squat exercises and stuff. i just hate it. i am willing to run, go bike-riding, roller-blading, eat better. will any of this help? i look like i am about 4 months pregnant (pregnancy is beautiful - i'm just saying that for comparison) and i am not exaggerating. how can i get rid of it?

only sure way is to eat a little less, and exercise a little more. It is very hard to target one particular area, although crunches may help!!!

yes, eatting healthy, cutting soda out of your diet, and excersizing will help.
