Aerobics class only or gym?


I want to lose fat in my thighs & calves & my arms. My friends and I think I look okay, but the thighs need some improvement. I'm thinking of going to the gym on Monday, Tuesday-1 hour of aerobics class, Wednesday-gym, Friday-1 hour of Aerobics class & Saturday-1 hour of Aerobics/dance class. Should I go to gym as well? I am not so keen with working out in the gym as I am shy & I know that my crush works out there, but I have my friends so I guess it'll be ok. What should I do in the gym if I go for it? Should I do the stationary biking or treeadmill or lift weights? Any advice is appreciated :)

if you are looking to tone up the gym would be a great place to go...

you need to mix it up...your body gets used to certain workouts and a variety of workouts is better for awesome results.

Monday-Swimming-great muscle and fast results

Tuesday-Aerobics Class

Wednesday-Gym

Friday-Cardio-treadmill, bikes, ellipticals, etc.

Saturday-Dance Class-it will be fun

as for seeing your crush...it could work out for the better. Guys like fit girls and it could create common grounds between the two of you.
