is it possible to lose 15-30 lbs in a month. Half a pound a day is a reasonably challengiing goal. Sounds like you're getting some decent exercise. You might try keeping a food diary - write down everything you eat for a week then look back at it and see if it's as "average" as you think. I'm a big believer in calories - if you can keep under 2000 and increase your biking, you should lose some. Yes its very possible dont eat carbs unless u work out within an hour and half and keep a good diet and u should be fine also the only reason u eat carbs after u work out is to help ur metabolism and build back muscle but other than thet stay away and try eating plenty of vegetable and protein and drink low calorie juices. Use splenda for everything if you ask a yes or no question i will give a yes or no answer. the answer is yes. |
