I am a female, About 5'9'', 17 my guess 134lbs?. I am pretty active. Work out 3-4 times a week. Sometimes it is playing volleyball or going running. I also like to do random excersises(like crunches and push ups) and I have a stationary bike. So any tips? And thanks!

Try Pilates. It works the core muscles and focuses on all those target areas you are talking about.
