i have a stomach.... if i breathe in den i can hide it.... i had many moments whr i had to breathe in n keep holdin my stomach for duno hw many hrs to hide my pauch.... i really need a flat stomach.... and i even need overall exercise..so im planning to buy a stationary bike because its not possible for me to go to da gym which is very far.... im gna turn 16 in 1 and a half month... my height is 161 and a half and my weight is 61-61 kgs..... * wait is around 61 -63 Well from my knowledge of nutrition, dieting and exercise you should try to eat more protein and reduce your carbohydrate and fat intake accordingly. You don't really need a stationary any type of cardio is going to help you reduce overall fat on your body. A common misconception is that you can just do "spot treatment" and remove fat naturally from just one area of your body, the truth is it happens all over. If when the time comes you would also like to be toned and not just low in fat in your stomach I would recommend crunches and reverse crunches as well as adhering to a strict diet and cardio plan over the next 40 days, hope this helps! A bike sounds like an excellent way to lose a little weight, though you don't sound like you need to lose a whole lot. Cardiovascular exercise like biking is good for your overall body and health. Add a healthy diet and your "pauch" should be gone in no time. A stationary bike is good because it can be used inside, out of extreme weather. Just don't forget to use the bike!
