Too much chocolate ????

I Do about 3 sessions of work at gym a week *Mostly on a stationary bike... burning about 1500 kcal's every session* and maybe a 2500 kcal cycle on the weekend.... but I eat over 100grams of chocolate.... ALMOST every night.... how bad is that ???? :-/ ...

I am in great shape.....74kg'd 1.86m tall... so I'm just asking if it's doing any OTHER harm

Switch to David Wolf's Chocolate Nibs, it has 40 times the anti oxidants of red wine grapes and has the chemicals needed that you crave from chocolate.

The regular store bought chocolate is a craving based on something you need form the chocolate, but the chocolate is devoid of nutrition, because the nutritional value has been processed right out of it.

The raw coa coa bean is loaded with anti oxidants. The cooked coa coa bean is compromised and the antioxidants are gone.

Check out David Wolfs chocolate and you will find you are eating less of it and feeling really satisfied, so google his name and the web sites with the chocolate products that are superior in nutritional value.

You will see them listed.

If you find other chocolates comparable in nutritional value, message me so that I can add that information on my list.

I don't like chocolate, I guess I'm blessed. Eating bad foods puts your hard work to waste. Eat a fruit or something.

People say losing weight is hard work, and I could agree, but all you have to do is some cardio and eat correctly, and you'll get there.

My parents think I eat too much chocolate, but ya know it has antioxidants and stuff. Don't stress out too much about eating and excersize. Adults are waaay to OCD about that stuff! Stress about food is whats really killing us, not obesity itself!

Dark chocolate is good for you...milk chocolate is not.

definitely horrible...its putting all the effort you invest in the gym to waste...just limit to a small square of dark chocolate 20 mins before you workout...

I would say ur fine!
Just eat when ur hungry! and don't eat when ur bored.. and u'll be healthy!
SMILE GOD LOVES YOU! =D
