if i lift weights 2 days a week 3 sets of 10 and about 3 -4 exercises per body part
then 3 days while my muscle are restin ride the stationary bike for an hour will i lower body fat and gain muscle
my goal is get abs and get ripped so to speak
with a healthy diet can i do this
